Retained
Based

This type of service is usually applied for searches of executive-level talent, specialized talent or foreign talent.

It is preferred by clients who would like to increase the probability of a successful hiring and secretly execute the search process.

The process may differ depending on the characteristics and the difficulty of the search. The amount of the fee and its due date depend on the starting date, recommendation date and the final hiring date. For more detailed information, please contact our recruiting department.

Contingency
Service

This process is utilized for most searches.

Fee is due after the service has been completed. The invoice is sent after a candidate has been hired and reported for work. If no candidate is hired, there is no fee. So this is a success-dependent process.
This process may be modified depending on the characteristics and the difficulty of the search.

Hybrid

Combination of Retained Based and Contingency Service
A set fee is paid at the beginning or the recommendation phase of the search. Rest of the fee is paid after the final hiring.

Turnkey Search
Our turnkey search is different than most other turnkey searches, which are usually one-year exclusive contracts. With our turnkey search, we provide an exclusive and cost-efficient recruiting service.
