AWe are a large search firm composed of over 150 expert consultants covering diverse industries. Because recruiting is such a vital component of your company’s success, selecting the right recruiting partner is highly imperative. It is absolutely necessary to visit a search firm to see its HR system and database. The time spent for such a visit will be very helpful in selecting the right partner who can effectively find the talent you need. We will also visit your company at your convenience to learn about your business in order to provide you with the best service possible.
2	QHow much does your recruiting service cost?
AThat depends on the position, level and salary. The standard commission rate is 20% for positions with annual salary below KRW 40,000,000 and 25% if the salary is above KRW 40,000,000. For executive (director) level positions, the rate is negotiable. Smaller search firms may offer lower rates to entice clients. But dealing with unsuccessful results from such firms is not worth your time and energy. We are always ready to help you find the talent you need quickly. 3	QHow do I request recruiting service?
AYou may view our consultants’ personal web pages and select an appropriate consultant of your choice. You may also send us a message from our web site. You may also call us at +82 2-2183-2800 or email us at help@hrman.co.kr. Then one of our expert consultants will contact you.
4	QIs my company information protected?
AAll the information you provide us is kept private. We put forth great effort to maintain your privacy. Some companies send their recruiting information to many search firms at once. But that may compromise your recruiting efforts and lead to information leak. Please consider these issues when working with a search firm.
5	QWhat happens when an employee hired through your service leaves our company?
AWhen we sign a contract, we agree on a guarantee period. If an employee who was referred by us leaves before that period, we will find you other comparable candidates at no additional cost. The guarantee does not apply in cases which the employee was terminated due to company issues such as restructuring or cancellation of a business project. We assist in the onboarding process to make sure that our referred employees become effective members of your company.
6	QHow long does it take for you to make candidate recommendations?
AThere are several factors for the time required such as the type of position and level. But we strive to provide you with a list of candidates within 15 days
7	QDo I need to register as a member to use your services?
AThat is not required. However, we can provide you with better and more personalized service if you do register.
